It's from Code Geass R2 (There's an R1, too. XDD) I looooooove this scene because the guy, Spinzaku (who's real name is Suzaku, fandom just likes to call him Suzaku) was getting reeeeeeeeally annoying and Kallen, the girl, kicked his butt.

Code Geass got dubbed by funimation so it'll be pretty tough to watch it, if you want to.... Not to mention the anime breaks your heart 'cause it's done my Sunrise, but it's still really good.
